Recipe: Creamcheese Icing
The easiest icing to make. I like the mix of sour and sweet tastes. This is perfect for one cake only.
1/2 size of 224g block of cream cheese, softened room temp
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened room temp
1.5 cups confectioner sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/16 tsp salt
1. Beat the cream cheese and butter on high speed until smooth and creamy.
2. Add confectioner sugar, vanilla, salt. Beat on low speed for 30seconds then switch to high speed until smooth and silky.
