A Complicated Melody

As you may have guessed my age, I was not born on the 50s... LOL but would have loved to have lived there all the same. The ambiance of this restaurant at the newly opened J Center Mall is inspired by the 50s. And what better icon to link it with but the first model of the famous Beattle! The converted Beattle placed right inside the restaurant makes the ambiance very unique. Yes, that is Herbie wearing a 50 instead of 53.... and yes, that is me smiling to show you that you can choose to dine inside Herbie. Coolest, right?! :)

I am pretty picky with the dishes I eat when it comes to fish. I do not like to eat a fish that smells like fish. Odd, I know. Anyway, for lunch today, I thought of making a fish dish as a break from the cholesterol-heavy food during the holidays. It smells really good! Tastes delicious too. ^_^
